Orange Creamsicle Smoothie
If you’re in your luteal phase and craving something sweet, creamy, and actually good for your hormones—this Orange Creamsicle Smoothie is it. During this part of your cycle, blood sugar can be harder to regulate, cravings hit harder, and your mood might feel a little off. That’s why this smoothie is packed with fiber, protein, healthy fats, and hormone-supportive nutrients like vitamin C and omega-3s to keep you feeling balanced, satisfied, and energized.
It tastes like dessert, but it’s built to work with your body, not against it.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
1/4 frozen banana
1 small orange, peeled
2 tbsp plain sheep’s milk yogurt (for gut-loving probiotics + creaminess)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (for blood sugar stability)
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice (fiber + volume without the bloat)
1.5 tbsp chia seeds (hormone-loving omega-3s + digestion support)
Pinch of sea salt (to replenish minerals + curb sweet cravings)
2–4 tbsp cold filtered water (adjust based on desired consistency)
Garnish (optional):
Muddled oranges at the bottom of the glass
Orange slice on top
Directions:
Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender. Start with 2 tbsp of water and blend until smooth, adding more if needed.
In your glass, gently press muddled orange at the base.
Pour the smoothie over and garnish with a slice of orange.
Sip, smile, and support your hormones naturally!
